The implementation of this policy is achieved by the use of a Quality Management System that is an essential element of our culture and extends throughout company’s activities.
The Quality System and the associated procedures ensure quality of product at all stages from, Procurement, Assembly, Service, Repair, Design, Storage, Packaging to Delivery including after sales service. In this case, the “Product” is the deliverable supplied by Sedgewall Ltd to the customer, ie “ the assembly of Electronic equipment in accordance with in house or customer requirements”. The Quality System ensures that defect prevention techniques are employed during the planning processes. Thus the system is continuously striving towards total quality in areas of business and continuous improvement of products and service in unison with customer satisfaction. It is the absolute intent of the company to strive towards all our business and quality objectives and to maintain a constant review of this policy and all its intent.
Specific objectives have been defined by Sedgewall Ltd, as a means of monitoring the achievement of this Quality Policy, these are regularly reviewed to ensure they remain consistent with its strategic aims.
